I agree with "People make people obese." Unhealthy foods are seen as the bad guy in this obese society. What people don't realize is their lack of discipline is the real bad guy here.

I dislike going to fast-food restaurants, but when I do, for some reason, I always can point out an overweight customer. It's ridiculous to know that there are so many people out there that just can't get a grip on their urges and desires.

Unlike the writer, I don't have a regular workout routine because of my busy schedule. I'm a full-time student at MJC and I have a part-time job. On top of those responsibilities, I have homework to complete on time and make sure that all my household chores are done. With all that, I don't have the time to be at the gym so often. Instead, I just eat healthy. It's not that hard to not pick up a greased-up burger. Honestly, my secret to staying at a comfortable 150 pounds at 5'11" is watch what you eat, because if you don't it might eat you.
