Senate to begin year's final votes without Reid; Yellen confirmation off till Jan. 6

The Senate plans its final votes of 2013 Friday morning, with votes scheduled on three nominees--but the final vote on Janet Yellen as Federal Reserve Chairman will not happen until Jan. 6.
