Turlock police are looking for two men who ransacked a woman’s home after one of them pistol whipped and threatened to kill her Tuesday morning.

The 39-year-old victim was smoking a cigarette in front of her house in the 300 block of Montana Avenue when she was approached by the men just before 8 a.m., said officer Mayra Lewis.

One of the men, who was wearing a mask, hit the victim in the back of the head with a gun, while the other acted as a lookout. The masked man demanded marijuana and threatened to kill the victim, Lewis said.

The men ransacked the woman’s home looking for marijuana but found none and fled the scene. Nothing was taken from the home, Lewis said.

Police have not identified the suspects and are asking anyone with information to call officer Khamo at (209) 668-5550, ext. 6754
