Help with changing a tire came at a high price for a Turlock 19-year-old, police said.
According to authorities, Larry Reynolds, 30, approached the victim at a service station in the 200 block of Golden State Boulevard at 1:54 a.m. Wednesday.

The victim called police and described the man who robbed him, but officers could not find him. At 3:36 a.m. Friday, an officer responding to a call found a man matching the description of the man in the 700 block of Golden State Boulevard.
