Ripon police arrested a Ceres man Wednesday on suspicion of commercial burglary.
Shortly after 10 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to a report of a burglary at Burns Truck and Trailer, 1496 W. Santos Ave.
Upon arrival, officers discovered several storage areas had been broken into. Truck parts including aluminum rims, electronic control modules and engine parts, valued at about $11,000, were missing.
Officers learned that a person or people were attempting to sell the parts in Stanislaus County, according to a news release by department spokesman Sgt. Steve Merchant.

A suspect was identified as a man on active post-release community supervision in Stanislaus County. Probation officials were advised of the investigation and assisted in identifying and locating the suspect.
After questioning by Ripon detectives, Tony Arreola, 34, was taken into custody without incident.
Detectives located about $8,000 worth of stolen property in plain view in the bed of his truck. The property was positively identified by the victim as being stolen from Ripon.
Arreola was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on a felony commercial burglary charge.
