Man arrested with fake IDs, stolen generators in Turlock, police say

Turlock police arrested a 45-year-old man suspected of using a fake identity and stolen credit card to rent a generator. Officers stopped Kreig Bettencourt outside a business in the 1400 block of South Avenue on Friday about 5:20 a.m. with the rented generator.
