Info: Free community health fair attendees may have blood pressure checks, vital signs taken and have a free chair massage. Services will be provided by San Joaquin Valley College. 100 YEARS AGO: The Chamber of Commerce President F.A. Cressey, Jr. invited the head officers of the various dairy breeders and creamery organizations to Modesto, set for the following week, for a conference regarding the conventions and dairy show to be held in Modesto in October. The purpose of the meeting was for fair planning and program scheduling.
