Hearts were warmed as residents of the Stratford at Beyer Park assisted-living community held a “Frozen”-themed party for foster children Tuesday. The Stratford held a toy drive throughout the month of July and, in partnership with Sierra Vista Child and Family Services, held the celebration for dozens of kids, who got to meet Princess Anna and Queen Elsa, stars of the Disney animated hit; play games; have frozen desserts and drinks; and more. Christina Mize, community marketing director for The Stratford, on Forest Glenn Drive in Modesto, called the celebration “a wonderful way for our residents to give back to the community and for the two generations to have fun together.”
