News & Notes: Measure E panel; Stratford looking to donate

The Yosemite Community College District Measure E Citizens Bond Oversight Committee has vacancies for student representatives from Modesto Junior College and Columbia College. The committee meets quarterly, tasked with informing the public about the use of bond funds, reviewing expenditures and creating an annual report for the $326 million bond measure passed in 2004.
