A basketball skills camp for 9- through 14-year-old boys and girls is in its fifth week at Johansen High, teaching ball handling, passing, rebounding, shooting and more. The camp, led by Johansen coach Allan Davis, has a daily capacity of 50 players. While players have been able to sign up for the whole six-week camp, youths also can participate any given day for $12, as space allows. The camp, which goes from 9 a.m. to noon, continues today through Friday and next week Monday through Thursday. Players should bring water, basketball shoes and clothes, and a basketball with their name on it. To learn more, email Davis at email@example.com.
