The Stanislaus County coroner's office is asking for help locating the family of Linda Byram, a 70-year-old resident at Crestwood Manor Living Facility in Modesto, who died of natural causes Friday.
Byram is on county conservatorship and has no known next of kin.
Anyone with information about Byram's family is asked to call deputy Ed Ridenour at (209) 567-4504.
The coroner's office also is looking for the family of a man who died in Patterson on Thursday.
Deputies have not been able to identify the man, who is Latino and about 55. He was found on the ground at South Del Puerto Avenue and Amberina Drive, a residential neighborhood. He was transported by ambulance to Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock, where he was pronounced dead.
Anyone with information about this man's identity or the location of his family is asked to call deputy Adam Rodriguez at (209) 567-4533.
