Keyes assistant fire chief Royjindar Singh illuminates the smoldering remnants of an RV situated on a ranch off of Central Avenue in Keyes Saturday (01-12-13) night that caught fire after experiencing an explosion.  A male and female occupant both suffered severe burn injuries to the hands and face and one victim was reported to have been transported to the UC Davis burn center to treat the wounds.  After the explosion both victims were able to call 911 from a nearby house while the resulting fire spread to an adjacent car and big rig.  The cause of the explosion is still under investigation.
