Of note: Hammond is with the 375th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., assigned to the 332nd Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron, Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Flight at Balad Air Base, Iraq. He is the director of operations and the aeromedical evacuation operations officer and liaison between Aeromedical Evacuation crews, Critical Care Air Transport Team, Contingency Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and the aircraft crew. He is pursuing his Professional Military Education through Squadron Officer School online.
