REWARD IN HOMICIDE CASE: The family of Michael Ilttreb, the 18-year-old from Ceres who was shot and killed at a party last summer, has offered a $10,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of those responsible for his death. Ilttreb was shot July 8 at a house party on 10th Street in Ceres. He did not appear to be the intended target, officials said. Ceres police ask anyone with information about this homicide to call Detective Trenton Johnson at 538-5729.
