TEEN ARRESTED IN SHOOTING: Authorities arrested the final suspect Sunday night in a homicide investigation that began Nov. 25 when Stanislaus County deputies found a French Camp man dead in his car in west Modesto. Modesto police and sheriff's detectives arrested James Seth Brackett, 17, of Modesto at a home on Hatch Road after they developed information Sunday evening about his location, said Detective Marc Nuno of the Sheriff's Department. Brackett was arrested about 9 p.m. on suspicion of homicide, Nuno said. Two men and one woman also have been arrested on suspicion of homicide in the shooting death of 30-year-old Hector Ocegueda Jr.
