If it's true that being in love is above all a question of constructing a story together, then how can Graham love Irene, when for him each day is the first day, each time is the first time? Graham suffered a shock six months ago that has left him incapable of remembering events that are less than ten minutes old. Irene falls in love with Graham and assumes the task of remembering everything for both of them, while they wait for his memory to come back. But Graham's memory is slow to return. Rated R for strong sexuality, graphic nudity and language.
