NAME: Marcus Robert Figueroa

CHARGE: Attempted homicide

DESCRIPTION: 19 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 160 pounds, brown hair, hazel eyes

THE CASE: Modesto police said Figueroa is wanted in connection with a July 11 fight, where one man was shot in the stomach and another was pistol-whipped in the parking lot of a Stop 'N' Save Liquors at 3460 Oakdale Road in northeast Modesto. The victims survived their injuries.

NOTES: Police said Figueroa is associated with gangs and frequents the Modesto and Ceres areas.
