New Melones fees waived for vets

The Bureau of Reclamation is waiving day-use fees at New Melones Reservoir for veterans and members of the military Wednesday to honor Veterans Day.

Parks under the control of the U.S. Forest Service and National Parks Service likewise are expected to waive charges for veterans on the holiday.
