MJC course catalog goes Web-only

For the first time, the Modesto Junior College schedule of classes is available online only.

Officials said the move is good for the environment and student friendly because it provides more accurate, up-to-date information than the former printed versions of the schedule.

The paperless Spring Schedule of Classes is available at www.mjc.edu/schedule.

People can search the PiratesNet schedule by course subject, format, professor's name, days of the week or times offered, and by classes with open seats.

All of the general college information, including steps to enroll, financial aid, student services, maps and bookstore details is also available in the online schedule.

A "List of Resources" page has links to the appropriate Web pages.
