Rangers say two routes through Yosemite National Park are closed for the second time this month because of snow and icy weather. Tioga Road, the highest route through the Sierra Nevada, closed Monday to all traffic. Glacier Point Road, one of the park's sightseeing paths, also is closed as a storm passes through the region. Rangers are evaluating whether the roads will open again this season. Park officials say the climbing cables on Half Dome also have been taken down for winter.
