The Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors is scheduled this morning to:

Approve a revised preliminary redevelopment plan for the Crows Landing Air Facility and order environmental studies on the proposed 1,528-acre business park. Changes to the 2005 document identify short-haul rail and aviation uses. The plan is a precursor to a formal redevelopment plan for the controversial project.

Accept a study assessing transit needs of senior and disabled riders, and forward it to the Stanislaus Council of Governments. The study estimates people in the county have transportation trouble 780,000 times per year.

Establish a $100,000 budget for the Emergency Operations Center's flu efforts.

Transfer the Stanislaus Family Medicine Residency Program, which is facing a federal funding crisis, to a newly created consortium.

Adopt general priorities and goals for the fiscal year that starts July 1.

Send a letter supporting the West Side Theatre Foundation's quest to serve Newman and Gustine with public-access radio. Programs could feature art, poetry, civic affairs, voting issues and gardening.

Amend a transportation plan to include street repair on the west half of North Martin Luther King Drive in west Modesto, and to design and build a Howard Road bicycle trail from Highway 33 to Grayson School.
