SAFE DRIVING COURSE

When: Jan. 22 and 23, 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Where: Doctors Medical Center, Conference Center, 1441 Florida Ave.

Info: Doctors Medical Center and the AARP is presenting the Safe Driver Program, a two-day course designed to point out the physical changes drivers may go through as they age and provide ways to compensate for these changes. Attendees are provided a workbook, will review a video, take part in group discussions and be provided with updates on driving laws. The cost is $10. To register, call 888-284-6641.

TRAVELEERS DAY TRIP

When: Feb. 21 (payment deadline is Jan. 21)

Info: The tour includes lunch at Offi's Villa D'oro Ristorante in Twain Harte and then off to Sierra Repertory Theatre for a production of "Fiddler on the Roof." Participants will meet at the McDonald's parking lot on Prescott Road in Modesto at 9 a.m. Feb. 21. The cost is $105 per person. GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY MEETING

Where: Tuolumne County Library, Community Room, 480 Greenley Road
