DUI checkpoints set for Modesto and Riverbank

Law enforcement will conduct sobriety and driver's license checks in Riverbank and Modesto during and after Labor Day weekend.

Riverbank will hold checkpoints on Highway 108 in the city from 7 p.m. today to 3 a.m. Sunday and on Sept. 6.

Modesto police will hold a checkpoint Monday but will not disclose the location in advance.
