Labor Day weekend is approaching, which means it's time to plan your big cookout. This week, we'll share recipes you might want to consider adding to the menu. Today's comes from


1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon Tabasco
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 (8-lb.) seedless watermelon, scooped into balls with a melon baller or cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks, chilled
2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives (optional), coarsely chopped
1 small sweet onion, cut into 1/2-inch dice
1 cup coarsely chopped mint leaves
