Cheddar cheese, 1/2 pound ready shredded
6 green onions
1 can El Pato sauce, yellow can
Cilantro, 1 small bushel
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt to taste
Crushed chili peppers to taste (for more heat add 1 serrano chile chopped)
1 garlic clove, chopped
Mix salsa ingredients in bowl, set aside.
Fill small bowl with pinto beans add cheese and top with salsa and garnish with tortilla chips.
