This recipe is from David Moser of Modesto.
Ingredients: 2 ripe mangos (honey manila ones preferably)
4 Pineapple slices (Dole Pineapple whole sliced can)
1 small red onion coarsely chopped (about ½ cup)
2-3 stalks green onion finely chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
Peel and remove pit/seed from mangos. Dice pineapple and mangoes. In a mixing bowl add diced mangoes, pineapples and onions (green and red). Mix current ingredients gently so as to not make a mush. Add lime and pineapple juices and seasonings. Fold together until combined.
