The Institute of Technology has announced its class schedule for the remainder of the year.
The classes are open to the public and are designed to make cooks more comfortable with various areas of cooking. Dates will be determined one month before the scheduled class and cost varies by class from $25 to $40 per person.
All classes are held at 5737 Stoddard Road. For more information, call 545-3100.

JUNE: Fruit bouquets, baskets and carvings
JULY: Antipasti — Italian appetizers
AUGUST: Delectable diet desserts with Splenda
SEPTEMBER: Back to school — easy meals for those busy nights
OCTOBER: Preserving our harvest — canning and pickling
NOVEMBER: Petit fours and mini desserts — little sweet treats
DECEMBER: Christmas fixin's — make it different, make it right
