Dave Maples teaches physically impaired children. They cook once a week and he was looking for easy recipes. Last week, the Mailbox featured a three-ingredient fudge recipe from Jean Busse of Lexington, N.C., a retired teacher. This is another easy recipe from Busse.

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
Mix ingredients together. Drop by the teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Press gently with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
