1 3-ounce package lemon-flavored Jello-O
1 cup cold blueberry vodka
2-ounce paper cups
In a medium bowl, stir boiling water into Jell-O for two minutes or until dissolved. Stir in one cup cold blueberry vodka. Let mixture stand for 10 minutes at room temperature. Arrange 2-ounce portion cups on a tray. Lightly spray with a vegetable-based cooking spray, such as Pam. Pour mixture into cups, fill to top and secure lid. Refrigerate for four hours or until firm. Unmold.
