2 3-ounce packages lemon gelatin
3¼ cups boiling water
½ cup chili sauce
1 cup finely chopped celery
½ cup diced onion
½ cup diced green bell pepper
2 cups small shrimp
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add chili sauce. Chill until thickened but not firm. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until firm. Can be molded or cut into squares and served on a lettuce leaf.
Note: The prep time does not include the two chill times.
