2 jumbo scallops, chopped
1 chipotle pepper, diced
½ teaspoon QP Japanese mayonnaise, or regular mayonnaise.
Tobiko (flying fish roe) and finely chopped green onions, for garnish
Mix scallops, mayonnaise and chipotle peppers, and top with green onions and tobiko.
