1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 cups cooked beet slices (canned ones work well)
Melt butter in skillet.
Stir in marmalade and orange juice. Stir together well. Add beets and cook on low until the beets are well-glazed, about eight to 10 minutes.
