I definitely am a big book reader. I just finished reading the prequel to “The Maze Runner” series by James Dashner, but I’d rather read a classic book no one has ever heard of than a new release. Otherwise, a good HGTV magazine is always appreciated!

Blogs are fun to peruse, though that is pretty much the extent of my electronic reading. Currently reading “North and South,” by Elizabeth Gaskell, but I love decorating and agriculture magazines and, of course, the newspaper.
I enjoy reading long-form journalistic pieces (what a surprise) on a wide range of topics. Reading these is really what inspired me to go into journalism. Usually I save them for later as I come across them and then read them on my Kindle, which I prefer to read on over nearly any printed book.
I’m always reading some book or another, approximately one per week. And it has to be a hard copy. Call me old-fashioned, but electronically reading a book just isn’t the same.
