Dominique Germann, freshman, Modesto Junior College
I love dressing up! This year, I am going to be the evil stepmother queen from “Snow White.”
Gabriella Germann, sophomore, Central Valley High School
I am definitely going to dress up for Halloween; I look forward to it all year, but haven’t yet decided what I’m going to be. It’s a close call between Mary Poppins, Alice from “Alice in Wonderland,” or a Native American with my little cousins.
Never miss a local story.
Carolyn Stevens, senior, Whitmore Charter High School
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays and I usually do dress up for it. However, this year, I will be spending Oct. 31 on a plane to the country of Albania, so I will be dressing up as a tired traveler. I did get a chance to dress up for my school’s costume dance, though – I was Dr. River Song from the TV show “Doctor Who.”
Shelby Sutter, junior, Enochs High School
Of course! And I will be a flapper!
Taylor Menezes, senior, Central Catholic High School
Coming from a private school with a mandatory uniform, dressing up for Halloween is kind of a big deal at CC. Everyone goes all out every year; and this year I haven’t decided if I want to be an old person, or a hobo. I’m leaning toward hobo, though.
