Ingredients:
2 ounces hot, fresh espresso or strong coffee
1 ounce caramel syrup or amaretto cream liqueur
5 to 7 ounces frothed milk
Instructions:
Pour the espresso into a latte or cappuccino mug, add the caramel. Fill the rest of the way with frothed milk, then spoon some of the remaining milk on top. Drizzle caramel syrup over the foam.
