Morgan Graham of Boy Scout Troop 13 in Modesto, sponsored by Kiwanis, has earned the rank of Eagle Scout.

Eagle is the highest rank in Scouting.

For his Eagle project, Morgan cleaned up the weeds and trash at Parkwood Seventh-day Adventist Church in Modesto. It took 12 people a total of more than 80 hours to complete. The project enabled church members to fully utilize the church grounds again. Morgan, a senior at Johansen High School, has been in Scouting since he was 11.
