Dough Weiss, a retired bishop of the Anglican Mission in America. VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

SUMMER BLAST - 5:30-8 p.m. June 15-19 in five Merced city parks -- Applegate, Fahrens, Gilbert Macias, Rahilly and Stephen Leonard -- for students who have completed kindergarten through fifth grade. BIG VALLEY GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH - Summer Creek program offers Bible stories, crafts, music, snacks, games and more for children ages 4-6 who have not yet attended kindergarten.
