Breakfast in Snelling
SNELLING The monthly Snelling Breakfast will be held from 8 to 11 a.m. Sunday at the Snelling IOOF Hall. Cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children. Children under age 3 are free. The meal includes pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs cooked to order, coffee and juice.
‘Building Steam’ printmaking
The Merced Art Gallery will present “Building Steam” printmaking by Martin Azevedo from March 31 to April 17, with a reception at 6 p.m. April 2 at 3600 M St. in the College Art Gallery Theater Building. Fitness for balance and strength
LIVINGSTON A Fitness for Balance and Strength program helps senior citizens and people in need of strength recovery and other mobile strengthening needs. It helps relieve stress, promoting health and overall well-being. Christina Harris is instructing the class, from 10 to 11 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays at the City Council Chambers, 633 Main St. Cost is $30 per month. Savor Our Symphony
The Merced Symphony will hold its annual fundraiser, “Savor Our Symphony: Italian Night,” from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 4 at the Italo-American Lodge at 18th and U streets. Tickets are $35 per person or reserve a table for eight for $500. The evening will include hors d’oeuvres, no-host bar, silent auction and live auction. Enchiladas for sale
The Club Mercedes will sell enchiladas by the dozen from 2 to 5 p.m. April 5 at 569 W. Ninth St. Cost is $15 per dozen, rice and beans for $5 plus container. This is a takeout-only event.
