Two Livingston teenagers were arrested for carrying loaded guns into the Merced Mall's Food Court Friday morning, police reported.
Officers were summoned to the area at 10:48 a.m. after receiving a call about someone carrying a concealed weapon, said Sgt. Rodney Court.
When police arrived, they found four males — two adults and two juveniles — sitting at a table in front of the McDonalds. All four were from Livingston and were associated with "Livas Locos" Norteno gang, Court said.
Both 17-year-olds were in possession of loaded firearms.
Never miss a local story.
One had a loaded .22 caliber revolver in his pocket and the other had a loaded .22 caliber semi-auto pistol concealed in his waistband, Court said.
The pair was arrested and booked into juvenile hall, according to Court.
One of the two adults was booked for an outstanding warrant and the other was detained and then released.
