WINTON -- Slow Food Great Valley, a nonprofit, will host a harvest dinner at 4 p.m. Oct. 24 at the Arnold Family Barn, 8250 Fruitland Ave. in Winton.
The menu will feature sweet potatoes in hors d'oeuvres, as part of the main menu and for dessert.
Some of the dishes include sweet potato fries, pizzetta with caramelized sweet potatoes, soup, muffins, turkey with apple brandy gravy and sweet potato cheesecake.
There will be a sweet potato tasting starting at 4 p.m. followed by dinner.
