Education: Graduated from Ceres High School in 1979 and attended Modesto Junior College from fall of 1979 to spring of 1982 and transferred to St. Mary’s College. I graduated from St. Mary’s on May of 1984 with a degree in Business Administration and Economics.

Past public office: I was appointed and I’m currently serving on the Ceres City Council since December of 2005. I am serving on the Tuolumne River Regional Park Commission. Past campaigns for office: I ran for Ceres City Council on August of 2005 and lost.
Organizations: I currently belong to the Hispanic Leadership Council, the Ceres Chamber of Commerce and to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

What is the primary reason you are running for this office? I want to continue to make Ceres a great community to live in by improving our infrastructure and our public safety.
What will your single most important priority be if you get elected? To continue to improve Ceres’ public safety, its infrastructure and keep trying to bring economic development to the city and to work on affordable housing.
What sets you apart from the other candidates? My business and professional experience as well as being a product of two diverse cultures which helps me understand the issues that face our community as a whole.
