Fans of rock, blues, country and funk will have something to cheer about at the Ironstone Amphitheatre summer concert series.
The Ironstone Vineyards in Murphys announced the lineup for its outdoor summer shows today. Headliners include multiplatinum selling acts Earth Wind & Fire, Gretchen Wilson, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Peter Frampton and B.B. King.
The series runs July 8 to Sept. 9. Members of the Ironstone Wine Club can purchase tickets starting today. Tickets to the public go on sale May 4 through ticketmaster.com and at all Ticketmaster outlets.

July 8 — Earth Wind & Fire with special guest to be announced
July 21 — Gretchen Wilson with John Michael Montgomery
July 22 — Lynyrd Skynyrd with Kenny Wayne Shepherd
Aug. 18 — Fillmore Wine and Groove Fest featuring UB40, Keb Mo, the Robert Cray Band and David Lindley
Aug. 19 — Huey Lewis and the News with the English Beat
Sept. 7 — Vince Gill: The Friends and Family Tour, featuring Amy Grant and the Del McCoury Band
Sept. 8 — The Doobie Brothers and Peter Frampton
Sept. 9 — 2007 B.B. King Blues Festival featuring B.B. King, Al Green, and Etta James and the Roots Band.
As with past years, many of the shows feature double bills. This year, more multiartist festivals have been added including the Fillmore Wine and Groove Festival and the B.B. King Blues Festival.
Ironstone Vineyards has booked big names for its summer concert series for two summers. Past lineups have included Jewel, Carrie Underwood, Julio Iglesias and the Steve Miller Band.
Ticket prices start at $40 to $45 for general admission (lawn seats) and go as high as $215 to $225 for the Platinum Dinner Package (front row, four-course meal).
