Authorities are looking for a 92-year-old man from Riverbank who was reported missing Thursday night.

According to Riverbank Police Services, David Bristow’s wife reported him missing after he failed to show up for a planned dinner at 5 p.m. The couple live in separate homes.

When he didn’t show, Suzanne Bristow went to her husband’s house. She could not find him or his car, a 2006 black Kia sport utility vehicle.

She said this was unusual, so she called for help. Stanislaus County sheriff’s deputies searched the area and did not find anything. They have attempted to track Bristow with his cell phone but have been unsuccessful. They have not found any friends or other family members in the area.

Authorities ask anyone with any information on Bristow or who may know his whereabouts to contact Detective Josh Sandoval at (209) 863-7158.
