Former Air Force One lands at Castle

An imposing sight to this area, a former presidential airplane that will be making its home at the Castle Air Museum touched down a little after 1 p.m. today at Castle Airport.

An imposing sight to this area, a former presidential airplane that will be making its home at the Castle Air Museum touched down a little after 1 p.m. today at Castle Airport, to the watchful eyes o dignitaries and others assembled for the occasion.

The Douglas VC-9C that transported presidents Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton along with a number of first ladies and vice presidents was welcomed during ceremonies and available for brief tours.
