What is the primary reason you are running for this office?
I would like to be involved in the school district my children currently attend.
What will be your single most important priority if you get elected?
During this tough economy I want to help make decisions that would be best for the children of this school district. Save as many jobs and cut as few programs as possible, while managing the district finances to maintain a positive certification.
What sets you apart from the other candidates?
I am a very good communicator. I have proven in my last four years as a School Board Trustee that I will listen to any employee, parent, or child. I follow up on issues and communicate the results of my findings. I am very involved in negotiations and am not afraid to step up and make the difficult decisions.
