Deputies search for person who fired gun into Waterford business

Stanislaus County Sheriff's deputies late Monday were searching for someone who fired a gun after walking into the Needles and Ink shop at 216 E St. in Waterford.

No one was hit in the shooting, which took place about 8:15 p.m.

Witnesses said the shooter drove away in gray or dark green Jeep or Suzuki Samurai.
