My mom lost her recipe for bread-and-butter pickles that was in The Modesto Bee about 20 to 25 years ago. I'm wondering if someone might have it.

• Salmon plus macaroni: About 20 years ago, The Bee had a recipe for salmon macaroni salad. It called for shell macaroni and canned salmon, and maybe dill. I hope someone can help me. Thank you.

— Pamela Raven-Mendoza, Stevinson

• Neptune chowder, anyone?: I am going crazy trying to find a delicious recipe for a soup made from tilapia, and the accompanying scones. It was on Page 57 of the February/March 2001 issue of Taste of Home magazine. It was called Neptune chowder and savory scones. I'm hoping someone has it, as I've had no luck with Taste of Home's Web site. Thanks.
