In the mood for tamale casserole

A few years ago, The Bee published a recipe for a tamale casserole that was also prepared by Paul Robins and Phil Cowan on their weekly "Cooking With Paul and Phil" radio show. The recipe was fabulous. I would like to make it again, but I have lost my copy. Does anyone have this recipe?

• Shadowbrook's spread: I am looking for a cheese spread recipe like the one served at Shadowbrook Restaurant in Capitola. It has sharp cheddar cheese and horseradish and has the consistency of a whipped cream cheese. We love to sit on the deck and enjoy this delicious cheese spread.
