I have been searching and searching the past three years for one of my favorite recipes. It's for a pumpkin cake that looks like a pumpkin, made with two Bundt cakes. The cake recipe itself is delicious, made with canned pumpkin and sour cream or cream cheese filling. It had orange frosting and was decorated with a Ho Ho for the stem, sugared jelly candies for the leaves, and the face was made with licorice.
The recipe came from a magazine. I can't find this recipe at home or from the friends I shared it with or online. Can anyone help? Thanks. Judy Burghard, Roseville
Kung pao from Pei Wei's: Pei Wei restaurant near us has closed. We're hoping we can get the recipe for our favorite dish, Mandarin kung pao chicken. Thank you. Nick Mannon, Loomis
