Modesto council meets today

The Modesto City Council meets today instead of its regular Tuesday session.

Council members are expected to meet in closed session beforehand to evaluate the city manager, city attorney, city auditor and city clerk.

The council meets at 5:30 p.m. in the basement chamber of Tenth Street Place, 1010 10th St.
